I know this guy that started doing total gym Pilates. Total gym equipment used to exercise might be perceived as a fad but it really changed his life. Now I know some people prefer to do simple workouts that don't require a ton of equipment to get things done. There is something nice about the simplicity of going for a run or a swim. To these people Total gym Pilates can seem like a step in the other direction of what they are used to.

The routine itself is hard going... you will have to push yourself to stay motivated to the program but keep your eye on the prize. You may find similarities between total gym Pilates and yoga but can often be done in less time.
